DeSales Offers New Accelerated BSN Program with Direct Entry to MSN
Accelerated BSN students now have the chance to gain direct entry into DeSales' renowned MSN program — with considerable cost savings.
DeSales' new Accelerated BSN Plus (ABSN+) program allows qualified ABSN students to take up to three MSN courses as part of their ABSN course load and direct-entry into the MSN Program. By taking three courses at the undergraduate tuition rate, students in the ABSN Plus program can save significantly on the cost of their MSN degree.

The DeSales ABSN program puts students on the fast track to graduation with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree in just 15 months. It is a second-degree program for those who already have a bachelor's degree in any subject. Students accepted to the ABSN Plus program can enroll directly into the MSN program upon completion of their BSN degree and attaining their RN license.
DeSales ABSN graduates boast an average first-time pass rate of 97% on the NCLEX (National Council Licensure Examination); an NCLEX prep review course is built into the curriculum. The DeSales MSN program prepares graduates for certification as a family nurse practitioner, psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, adult gerontology clinical nurse specialist, or adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. MSN degree options also include forensic nursing with certification in investigative forensics, nursing informatics with certification in healthcare information management, and nurse executive via the dual MSN/MBA program.
