Students who have served or are currently serving our country through military service can take advantage of education benefits available through Veterans Affairs.

How to Apply

Step 1

Apply to your academic program of choice at DeSales University. 

Step 2

Apply online for VA Educational Benefits via the Department of Veterans Affairs 

It takes approximately 10-12 weeks to process applications. Please wait until 60 days have passed from application submission to inquire about the status. Once the Department of Veterans Affairs has determined your eligibility, you will receive a Certificate of Eligibility in the mail.

Step 3

Apply for federal student aid, complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). DeSales University's School Code: 003986.

Step 4

Once accepted to DeSales, submit a copy of your DD 214 and/or Certificate of Eligibility to:

Step 5

Register for courses using the login information provided by your academic program.
