Graduation Requirement Forms

Beginning in the Fall of 2022, DeSales has made the decision to use 'credit-based' graduation requirements, as opposed to the previously used 'course-based' graduation requirements, to allow students to select a more diversified course load in their journey to obtaining their degree. Students who enrolled at DeSales prior to the Fall of 2022 semester may still use the 'course-based' requirements, however, students who enroll at DeSales in Fall 2022 and later will be required to use the 'credit-based' requirements.
