Your free DeSalesU Handshake account connects to employers actively recruiting DeSales University students/alumni. From on-campus jobs, to nonprofits, to the top employers, you will see it all on Handshake. Get the Handshake advantage and apply for internships and jobs in as little as two clicks. Ready to get started?

Activate your Handshake Account.   There are two ways to begin: 

1. Go to your MyDSU account and click on the Bulldogs4HIRE (now Handshake) link to sign right on.  Use your DeSales email and password if needed to verify.  

2. Go to joinhandshake.com and click on student. Use your DeSales email and complete the activation steps. (Alumni can create a free account and list DeSales University as their alma mater/college to connect.) 

Upload your resume. Handshake will auto-pull information from that resume and you will just need to fill in the blanks. Your profile is the key to finding those internships and jobs. When you complete that profile, Handshake will give you personalized recommendations.  

Make your profile public. DeSales approved employers will be able to find and view your profile when you make it visible to them. In-demand employers are recruiting right now for every career path.  Don’t miss your chance to be seen by employers who want to hire students/alumni just like you.
