Graduate Housing
While many graduate students choose to live off campus, DeSales offers graduate housing options as well. Graduate housing is not only affordable, it also offers great opportunities to form close friendships with fellow grad students.
Graduate housing at DeSales is located in the University Heights. Six of the four-bedroom units house four graduate students each with a shared full kitchen and living space. Two additional units have partial kitchens and are available at a discounted rate. All eight units include free Wi-Fi, cable, laundry, utilities, and outdoor recreational space.
New students who apply for graduate housing are awarded housing spaces via a lottery drawing. Once established in graduate housing, students can stay for the entire length of their program.
Graduate students who live in the Heights also have the option to receive a modified meal plan
