PACE

Peer Advising, Counseling, and Educating

students on campus

What is PACE?

PACE is a small group of DeSales student leaders trained through NASPA's BACCHUS initiatives, as well as trained and supervised by professional counseling staff. Dedicated to promoting wellness, resilience, and mental health, PACE members serve as peer advisors, counselors, and educators for the campus community. Through supportive, non-clinical peer-to-peer conversations, they help students navigate challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, and connect with campus resources. PACE members also provide education and outreach through workshops, campus-wide programs, and awareness initiatives focused on well-being, resilience, self-care, and healthy lifestyles. PACE student leaders play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of wellness and resilience that helps students navigate challenges, strengthen their well-being, and make the most of their DeSales experience.
