DeSales Offering Summer Tuition Discount for Part-Time Programs

DeSales University is giving students extra incentive to sign up for summer classes. The University is offering a 10 percent summer tuition discount for all part-time programs. 

“It’s something for us to do to help students during these difficult times to be able to continue their education over the summer,” says Robert J. Snyder, vice president for administration and finance, who came up with the idea that was unanimously supported by Father James Greenfield, OSFS ’84, president of DeSales, and his cabinet. 

The discount applies to all part-time programs, including ACCESS, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), and the seven part-time graduate programs—Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Arts in Criminal Justice (MCJ), Master of Education (M.Ed.), Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and Publishing (MFA-CW), Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and the new Master of Education in Higher Education (M.Ed.).

The 10 percent discount will be applied at billing. Students do not have to make any special elections. 

“The message is that we care about our students, we appreciate their selecting DeSales University, and we hope that this will stimulate some new students to come into these programs,” says Snyder.
