CrimeFITE: Forensics Investigator Training Experience
In partnership with the Officer David M. Petzold Foundation, Adult Studies is proud to present the twelfth annual four-day forensics training program for ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelfth-grade students. It will include hands-on experience to inspire students towards a Criminal Justice career.
The first three days, students will learn from local professionals in the Criminal Justice professions:
- coroner
- detective
- forensic analyst
- district attorney
- and professors at DeSales University
Students will also analyze evidence, view a forensics lab, view a computer lab demonstration and, on the last day, participate in a mock crime scene!
- June 24-27, 2024
- 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Lunch and snacks included
- $400 per student
- Open to 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade students
