DeSales University seeks one full-time instructor for its Physician Assistant Program. This is a 12-month, full-time, tenure-track position mainly responsible for teaching in the first year of the program but also includes student advising and recruitment responsibilities. Applicants should enjoy a team-teaching concept and a dynamic, student-centered environment. One day per week is given for continued clinical practice. The ideal candidate will either be a physician assistant or a physician eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania. Physician Assistants should be NCCPA certified. Physicians should be board certified. Preference will be given to clinical experience in primary care, either Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine. Prior teaching experience is preferred. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.
